I purchased this dress for $2 at Goodwill. It is handmade, has a great floral print and pockets. It was way too big on me but I decided to take it home and alter it! I love collars like these and decided it would be a great way to get rid of some of the extra fabric. I also took in the sides and hemmed it. I’m very happy with the result.
